Dress loose, comfortable fitness wear
athletic shoes
Bring one of each of the following dumbbells:
3lb, 5lb, 8lb, and 10lb
inflated stability ball, size proportional to
your height
large towel to place on the ground
yoga mat
bottled water
Trial Class $20 one time
Enrollment $20 / single class, payable in advance in
one-month increments
Fee Policy Class preparation varies according to
the number and type of trainees enrolled
in each session. Therefore, the instructor
requires a prior commitment to class
schedule.
Trainees pay in advance only for the
classes they know they can attend.
Individual class fees are not refundable
or transferable.
Absence results in forfeited class fee.
