the number and type of trainees enrolled<br />
in each session. Therefore, the instructor<br />
requires a prior commitment to class<br />
schedule.<br />
Trainees pay in advance only for the<br />
classes they know they can attend.<br />
Individual class fees are not refundable<br />
or transferable.<br />
