Mindful Fitness is dedicated to teaching, guiding and assisting individuals in achieving optimal health
and well-being through a balance of physical activity, stress management and proper nutrition.
Mind-body principles such as meditation, visualization and breathing techniques are integrated
with physical activity to promote balance and focus in fitness programs. Embraced by many health-care
professionals and supported by scientific research, a mind-body approach can facilitate numerous health
benefits.
Programs are designed to meet each individual's needs and goals based on a thorough discussion and
evaluation. The goal of Mindful Fitness is to enhance awareness of one's physical, mental and
