    First Time Students - Please arrive 10 minutes prior to first class.

    What to Bring:

              Bottled water, preferably carried in a fanny pack.

              Large towel, blanket or mat to be used on the ground at end.

    FREE Trial Class (Excludes Field Trips)

    $10 - Single Class

    $45 - Block of 5 - Earn a free class when you do 5 in a row!
