Live luxuriously and enjoy the abundance of beauty, serenity, and comforts of living in a private villa overlooking the sea and the colorful town of Positano.
Move mindfully at your own pace so you can do as little or as much as you’d like. Yoga classes, meals and included activities are planned but always optional. The rest of the time is yours to relax at the villa, go on excursions, stroll the streets of Positano or pamper yourself with some in-house spa treatments.
Yoga practice will be offered on mornings without excursions before breakfast. In the evening, a restorative yoga class will help you relax and sleep more deeply. Appropriate for beginning and intermediate level students, classes emphasize the wisdom in honoring your strengths and limitations and to be grateful for all that your body can do. All classes are taught by Lisa Hampton.

With frescoed ceilings, precious furniture and artworks, the villa was renovated in 2013 and offers an elegant and spacious home for our week of retreat.
