Lisa offers two outdoor fitness programs.

Park Fitness

Park Fitness is much more than a walk in the park. Pairing walking with interval strength training in scenic outdoor environments with a small group is both effective and fun. Being in Nature inspires the practice of mindfulness and Lisa offers reminders to help students have a more enjoyable experience.

Pure Strength

Pure Strength is designed for people who appreciate the importance of strength training but who find it difficult to maintain motivation to work out alone at indoor fitness facilities. Enjoy the outdoors while giving your strength training program a boost.

Lisa monitors students and provides guidance to class members through every exercise, helping to ensure safety and reduce risk of injury.
